A simple shortcut

Tap. Open.
Share an honest experience.

The card opens the link. Your customer chooses whether to leave a review and what to say.

  1. 01

    We set up your card.

We confirm the right business and review link, then set up the card around that destination.

  2. 02

    Your customer taps.

A compatible NFC-enabled phone reads the card and offers to open the link. Phone settings and behavior vary.

  3. 03

    They share their experience.

The customer follows Google’s review process, signing in if prompted. Their feedback stays their choice.

A few helpful details

Before you tap.

Am I buying the card and the setup from you?

Yes. We discuss the cards and setup together, confirm the business review link, and agree on the card option, quantities, design, and price before an order. Tell us if you also want ongoing profile care.

Will the card work with every phone?

It needs a compatible NFC-enabled phone, and device settings can affect how the link opens. We’ll discuss compatibility and whether a QR-code backup makes sense for your card.

Does a tap automatically create a review?

No. It opens your business’s review link. The customer decides whether to post, chooses the rating, and writes the review. We help you make a neutral request for genuine feedback.

How should my team ask for a review?

Invite customers to share an honest experience without pressure, rewards, or asking only those likely to leave a positive review. A simple invitation is: “If you’d like to share your experience, here’s our review link.” Google’s review-link guidance ↗

Is ongoing profile care required?

It’s a separate option. We’ll discuss what you need and confirm any ongoing work and pricing with you. Buying cards does not automatically enroll you in a maintenance subscription.
